Pingoo is a metal and chinaware brand for the kitchen and bathroom, with products such as sinks, basins, faucets and showers, and had never carried out any launch campaign. Their sale is completely online, so digital media is an important channel for them.

We started by creating a visual identity for the brand's social media, redesigned the packaging and created the concept "The pleasure of being at home." which was launched with a film that shows that almost all the delights in our house can involve Pingoo. Next, we created a calendar of posts for social networks that introduced the new phase of the brand and also helped the internal team to adapt to both the new identity and the tone of voice.

Finally, we invited 9 influencers who are connected to the brand's universe to produce proprietary content that was published as a collab, bringing humanization to Pingoo and also showing the products set in a creative and engaging way.

Pingoo é uma marca de metais e louças para cozinha e banheiro, com produtos como pias, cubas, torneiras e chuveiros e, até então, nunca tinha feito nenhuma campanha de lançamento. Sua venda é totalmente online, então a mídia digital é um importante canal para eles. 

Nós começamos criando uma identidade visual para as redes sociais da marca, repaginamos as embalagens e criamos o conceito "O prazer de estar em casa." que foi lançado com um filme que mostra que quase todas as delícias da nossa casa, podem envolver Pingoo. Na sequência, criamos um calendário de posts para redes sociais que introduziram a nova fase da marca e também ajudaram o time interno a se adaptar tanto com a nova identidade quanto ao tom de voz.

Por último, convidamos 9 influenciadores que se conectam ao universo da marca para produzir um conteúdo proprietário que foi publicado como collab, trazendo uma humanização para a Pingoo e também mostrando os produtos ambientados de uma forma criativa e engajadora.

Itaú launched its automatic payment tag for tolls and parking lots with the biggest benefit of all: for free. This communication took place at the end of 2022, just in time to streamline trips and end-of-year purchases, with the challenge of increasing awareness and consideration, at a time when all of its main competitors were already charging or started to charge a monthly fee.

We took advantage of the season to talk about agility: nowadays people already speed up everything, be it audio on WhatsApp, podcasts and even videos. Thinking about this behavior, we show how you can put real life in 2x when using the Itaú Tag to shorten the time on the road during a trip or to facilitate exiting shopping mall parking lots.

We invited 13 influencers to help us deliver this message in an authentic and fun way, with different profiles to talk to the most varied audience, bringing families, athletes, comedians and travelers to talk about the benefits of Tag Itaú. We also created a series of (really) fast films, showing the biggest benefit of the tag: jumping to the best part without paying a monthly fee.

O Itaú lançou sua tag de pagamento automático de pedágios e estacionamentos com o maior benefício de todos: de graça. Essa comunicação aconteceu no final do ano de 2022, bem a tempo para agilizar viagens e as compras de final de ano, com o desafio de aumentar awareness e consideração, num momento que todos os seus principais concorrentes já cobravam ou passaram a cobrar mensalidade.

Nós aproveitamos a sazonalidade pra falar sobre agilidade: hoje em dia as pessoas já aceleram de tudo, seja áudio no WhatsApp, podcasts e até vídeos. Pensando nesse comportamento, nós mostramos como dá pra colocar a vida real no 2x quando se usa a Tag do Itaú para encurtar o tempo na estrada durante uma viagem ou facilitar a saída de estacionamentos de shopping. 

Convidamos 13 influenciadores para nos ajudar a entregar essa mensagem de forma autêntica e divertida, com diversos perfis para falar com o mais variado público, trazendo famílias, atletas, comediantes e viajantes para falar dos benefícios da Tag Itaú, e também criamos uma série de filmes rápidos (bem rápidos) para serem impulsionados, mostrando o maior benefício da tag: pular para a melhor parte sem pagar mensalidade.

In 2022, our challenge continued to be talking about Consórcios with young people, which still raises a number of doubts about their functioning and their real benefit. We had to resolve this, also taking advantage of the fact that the category has grown against the grain of the crisis in the last 3 years, but the lack of information is still an impediment to the arrival of new customers.

With that in mind, we designed a strategy based on the diversity of influencers, with a simple but objective concept: whoever does the math, gets the Itaú Consórcio. We curated a group of 13 profiles from various regions of Brazil, of different races, sexual orientations and also people with disabilities, who produced content focused on humor, lifestyle, travel and we even had a profile that worked on the theme in a playful way, with animation in clay.

All this brought opportunities to connect with very different audiences, which allowed the brand to increase its awareness and consideration.

Em 2022, nosso desafio continuou a ser falar de consórcios com jovens, que ainda traz uma série de dúvidas sobre seu funcionamento e seu real benefício. Tínhamos que resolver isso, aproveitando também que a categoria cresceu na contramão da crise nos últimos 3 anos, mas a falta de informações ainda é um impeditivo para a chegada de novos clientes.

Pensando nisso, traçamos uma estratégia baseada na diversidade de influenciadores, com um conceito simples mas objetivo: quem faz as contas, faz consórcio Itaú. Foram 13 perfis de várias regiões do Brasil, de várias raças, orientações sexuais e também pessoas com deficiência, que produziram conteúdos voltados para humor, lifestyle, viagens e ainda tivemos um perfil que trabalhou o tema de forma lúdica, com animação em massinha.

Tudo isso trouxe oportunidades de conexão com audiências muito diferentes entre si, o que fez com que a marca conseguisse ampliar seu awareness e consideração.

Results

For Vibe Saúde, we created a social guide based on the brand guide that already existed but was more institutional, focusing on the audience and the brand's communication objective. Afterwards, we led the production of a monthly calendar of always on content.

The new content, in addition to having an identity that spoke more to the social media environment, was created thinking about generating shares and bringing a conversation to the comments, and it was done together with doctors and specialists from the company, who helped to bring more information to the female audience, the brand's main target.

Para a Vibe Saúde, fizemos um guia para social baseado no brand guide que já existia mas era mais institucional, com foco na audiência e no objetivo de comunicação da marca. Depois, lideramos a produção de um calendário mensal de conteúdo de always on.

Os novos conteúdos, além de terem uma identidade que conversava mais com o social, foram criados pensando em gerar compartilhamentos e em trazer uma conversa para os comentários, e foi feito em conjunto com médicos e especialistas da marca, que ajudaram a trazer mais informação para o público feminino, principal target da marca.

Organic Results after the first month

We observed a curious phenomenon: even without the intention of renting or buying, people spend a lot of time inside the QuintoAndar app looking for dream houses and apartments. We named them Apartment Stalkers.
We add to this another public success on the networks: stalking artists and seeing them doing simple and mundane things, for example… stalking apes.

That's how Guided Stalking came about, where celebrities or influencers that we love made their search through QuintoAndar a virtual guided tour of the app's properties.
Supla toured the downtown of São Paulo, Jojô Toddynho traveled all over Rio de Janeiro, Victor Di Castro revealed the apartment for each horoscope sign and we even had a dog that went in search of a home that accepted pets.

The content was created, directed and produced by us. We broke engagement records in social media publicity that lasted up to 8 minutes.

Observamos um fenômeno curioso: mesmo sem a intenção de alugar ou comprar, as pessoas passam bastante tempo dentro do app do QuintoAndar à procura de casas e apartamentos dos sonhos. Para elas, demos o nome de Stalker de apês. 
Somamos a isso um outro sucesso de público nas redes: stalkear artistas e vê-los fazendo coisas simples e mundanas como por exemplo… stalkear apês. 

Assim surgiu a Stalkeação Guiada, onde cada celebridade ou influencer que amamos fazia da sua busca pelo QuintoAndar, uma visita guiada virtual aos imóveis do aplicativo.  
Supla passeou pelo centro de São Paulo, Jojô Toddynho percorreu o Rio de Janeiro todo, Victor Di Castro revelou o apê de cada signo e teve até um dog que foi em busca de um lar que aceitava pets.

Consórcio is a product that can be difficult to explain. Some say that this property purchase facilitator only exists in Brazil. Although thousands of consortiums are sold annually in the country, most Brazilians, especially younger ones, still do not fully understand how they work and whether they are a good deal.

To clarify doubts that people didn't even know they had, we invited a comedian, Thalita Meneghim, to create with us a video of the Customer Service of Consórcios Itaú. In this video, she pretended to be a Customer Service attendant, addressing all possible doubts about consortiums in a, let's say, unorthodox way, bringing a touch of humor while we presented enlightening information about Itaú consortia, in order to demystify the product and make it more accessible to the general public.

O consórcio é um produto que pode ser difícil de explicar. Alguns dizem até que só existe no Brasil esse facilitador de compra de imóveis. Apesar de milhares de consórcios serem vendidos anualmente no país, a maioria dos brasileiros, especialmente os mais jovens, ainda não compreende totalmente seu funcionamento e se é um bom negócio.

Para esclarecer as dúvidas que as pessoas sequer sabiam que tinham, convidamos uma humorista, Thalita Meneghim, para criar conosco um vídeo do SAC dos Consórcios Itaú. Nesse vídeo, ela simulava ser uma atendente do Serviço ao Cliente, abordando todas as possíveis dúvidas sobre consórcios de uma forma, digamos, pouco ortodoxa, trazendo um toque de humor enquanto apresentamos informações esclarecedoras sobre os consórcios Itaú, a fim de desmistificar o produto e torná-lo mais acessível para o público em geral.

Every crazy fan story has the potential to match an insurance policy at Itaú. In this campaign, we created an original podcast with Chico Felitti and a series of celebrity content and podcast coverage.
 
With the concept "For everything that matters to you, there is an insurance at Itaú", we created a series of contents on different platforms to promote the brand and explore the main insurance options, focusing on the relationship between idols and fans - since a fan is what matters most for any celebrity. We produced an original podcast in partnership with Chico Felitti, called "Fan with no limits", which was published on Chico's profiles and also on profiles of illustrators and Banca Digital. We also had content from Manu Gavassi and Leo Santana, special programs on the podcast "Um Milkshake Chamado Wanda" and on the profiles of the hosts of "Diário de Bordo".

Toda história de fã maluco tem potencial para dar um match com algum Seguro Itaú. Nessa campanha, criamos um podcast original com Chico Felitti e uma série de conteúdos com celebridades e cobertura em podcasts.
